DC has announced the first 11 of their 52 new books. The books are:
Justice League #1, written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Jim Lee
Wonder Woman #1, written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Cliff Chiang
Aquaman #1, written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Ivan Reis
The Flash #1, written by Francis Manapul and illustrated by Manapul and Brian Buccellato
The Fury Of Firestorm #1, written by Ethan Van Sciver and Gail Simone and illustrated Yildiray Cinar
The Savage Hawkman #1, written by Tony Daniel and illustrated by Philip Tan
Green Arrow #1, written by JT Krul and illustrated by Dan Jurgens
Justice League International #1, written by Dan Jurgens and illustrated by Aaron Lopresti
Mr. Terrific #1, written by Eric Wallace and illustrated by Roger Robinson
Captain Atom #1, written by JT Krul and illustrated by Freddie Williams II
DC Universe Presents #1, initially written by Paul Jenkins and illustrated by Bernard Chang
I have mixed emotions about some of this. I am very excited to see Cliff Chiang draw Wonder Woman, but despite my love for his work I am terrified of what Brian Azzarello has planned (see: anything he’s ever written ever). On the plus side, Manapul stays on Flash and the JLI - despite not being written by Winick - has an interesting line-up. But it looks like Batman Inc. is dead. Sadness.

Day 6: Most attractive villain
Bow down to your king and accept no substitutes. He’s the guy you hate to love but can’t help it anyway. Also the only good part about Generation Lost so far.

Know Your DCU: Crimson Fox
Vivian and Constance D’Aramis were French twins who shared the role of Crimson Fox. They ran a perfume company in France together, so while one was doing business the other was playing the role of superhero. Not a bad setup.
They went on to join Justice League Europe utilizing their “unique” powers of speed, agility, and ability to emit pheromones that caused sexual attraction in men…
They both died in the line of duty.
