The feature film Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths from executive producer Bruce Timm and writer Dwayne McDuffie is head and shoulders above any of the other DTD features DC has been coming out with. There are nods to the great multiple Earth stories DC Comics has released, books like Grant Morrison’s JLA: Earth 2, Alan Moore’s Watchmen, and ofcourse the many “Crisis” titles. That should be enough for you to run out and buy it now…

but wait, there is more on this DVD. The Spectre short animated film written by Steve Niles includes some of the best animation to ever come out of DC. On top of that, there is an amazing documentary about the 3 big DC Comics crises. Altogether, its a great buy for DC Comics fans!
